Our new release 4 degrees is a red wine meant to serve chilled. Drawing inspiration from the clarette wines of Spain, there is bright fruit, fresh aromatics, plus enough tannin and acid to keep things interesting. Our path to a chillable red means blending rose sparkles base with red table wine. Montepulciano, Shiraz and Sagrantino, all from Hilltops, makes up the mix.
